Rules and regulations set out by welfihols.com.

• To help us we would be grateful if you could give us at least 4 weeks notice.
• All holidays can be changed at any time with no obligation to confirm by the business owners at Welfihols.com and lake owners, conformation given if more than two weeks to go
  before holiday starts by Welfihols.com.
• There will be a 20% deposit required not refunded if you cancel your holiday.
• Full payment to be cleared one week before holiday starting date.
• All lake rules will be supplied on the day of arrival, and must be up held at all times.
• Anyone under the age of 17years must be accompanied by a adult at all times, there is a disclaimer form to be filled in at the start of you holiday for anyone under 17 years of age.
• We do not take any responsibility for your actions and your children's actions.
• Any banning action taken by the fisheries does not result in a refund under any circumstance.
• For yourselves we do not pay for your holiday insurance,the lakes have there own insurances and the travel companies have a full insurance certificate.
• Holiday insurance must be produced on arrival .

For Travel.

• All drivers and there companies can refuse to take anyone in an unfit state or manner deemed to be of a risk to the driver or other passengers.
• Any one missing there connection at anytime is liable for full price of holiday with no
  exceptions.
• All food is supplied and is at the discretion of welfihols.com to change.
• All packages are priced in accordance with price at the start of the year and will not change under any unforeseen circumstances.
• If the lakes are fishing hard then Welfihols.com will en devour to remedy the problem after 3rd day of start of holiday.
• Any time off from the holiday during the holiday period is the responsibility of yourselves
  and no one else's.
• Any tackle supplied by Welfihols.com is subject to inspection at anytime during the holiday
  period and will be checked at the last breakfast of your holiday.
