Breakfast
A full welsh breakfast, which includes one sausage, two rashers of bacon, scrambled egg, hash browns, beans, mushrooms and black pudding. Porridge or mixed cereals and tea and coffee.

Lunch
Carpers snack box, bloomer sandwiches with a choice of fillings,
1. Cheese and onion.
2. Ham and goat's cheese.
3. Chicken and mayonnaise.
4. Tuna and sweet corn.
5. Beef and English mustard.
6. Egg mayonnaise.
On certain days there will be a change to wraps of flour tortillas. Sandwiches and wraps come accompanied with pork pies, chocolate, crisps and a soft drink. There will also be a refill of the tea and coffee.

Welfihols Evening menu

Monday: Slow cooked braised steak and vegetables, served with creamed potatoes and sweet corn. Sweet: Spotted dick and custard. Tea and coffee will be served and refilled.

Tuesday: Poached chicken, broccoli and pasta bake cooked with a white wine sauce. Served with peas. Sweet: A traditional trifle. Tea and coffee will be served and refilled.

Wednesday: Pork Wellington, served with a onion gravy, new potatoes and mixed vegetables. Sweets: Traditional apple pie and custard or ice cream. Tea and coffee will be served and refilled.

Thursday: Beef lasagne, served with garlic bread and mixed salad or peas. (With a choice of curry and rice). Sweet: Strawberry cheesecake. Tea and coffee will be served and refilled.

Friday: Poached fillet of haddock, served with a parsley sauce, new potatoes and peas. Sweet: Fresh fruit salad and ice cream. Tea and coffee will be served and refilled.
